Happy Chinese New Year

To celebrate Chinese New Years, the Year of the Ox, Siam Bistro Restaurant will be highlighting Bo Luc Lac (Shaking Beef). Authentic Vietnamese beef, cubed and sautéed in oyster sauce with tomatoes, onions and Thai Basil, served on a bed of crispy lettuce leaves. This meal is colorful and festive and it tastes so good, you won’t be able to wait a whole year before eating it again.
